In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction projects and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is an expert in building methods and has a proven track record of successful construction management projects.

Job Description:
 The Program Manager shall coordinate project requirements with end users, the 47th Contracting Squadron (47 CONS), and the 47th Civil Engineer Squadron (47 CES) to ensure the proper execution of programming, planning, design, construction, and renovation activities for all non-dFSRM projects.

 Required Qualifications:
 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Project Management, Construction Management, or Architecture.
 2. Licensure as an Engineer or Architect is encouraged but not required.
 3. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in design, management, or construction on federal projects within the last five (5) years.

 Preferred Qualifications:
 1. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
 2. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification.
 3. AutoCAD Certified Associate (ACA) or higher.
 4. E4Clicks certificate demonstrating completion of the Introductory course from AACE International or higher.
